The Assessment & Debrief
Step 1: The assessment
In my role as your Coach and a certified Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), I'll guide you through the straightforward online assessment, a process that typically takes around 20 minutes to finish.
The ELI is distinct in that it's an attitudinal assessment, grounded in an energy/action framework. Unlike personality assessments that aim to categorize individuals and help them operate within those categories, the ELI focuses on gauging your energy levels through the lens of your attitudes, perceptions, and perspectives of the world around you.
Step 2: The debrief
As part of the Energy Leadership Index assessment and debrief process, you will gain insights into the 7 levels of leadership. This will help you understand the extent of your energy in both the catabolic-suppressing and the anabolic-inspirational ranges. Your assessment results will be thoroughly explained, and you'll receive guidance on advancing your performance and realizing your potential.
